The Zuellig Building is the latest addition to Makati's prime office buildings. Estimated completion date is Q4 2011. The Zuellig Building is the first pre-certified Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) building in the Philippines. The building counts 33 floors and has a total rentable area of 62,800 sqm: 59,900 sqm of prime-grade office space in the tower and 2,900 sqm in the retail pavilion.
