The GT International Tower is located at the corner of Ayala Avenue and H.V. dela Costa Street. The building has excellent and friendly pedestrian and vehicular access. Entrances are located in front on H.V. dela Costa Street.
GT stands for George Ty, the owner of building and chairman of Metrobank group of companies. The GT Tower was designed by a popular architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.
The GT Tower's volume is composed of a series of taut glass panes which form a spiral, culminating in a faceted crown which marks the corner and forms the end of the avenue's street wall. This plane is lifted up at the building's base to reveal a plaza at the corner, where the structural columns emerge from beneath the tower's curtain wall to frame a canted plane at the 3rd level. Visitors to the main lobby can view the activity at street level through this plane, which is located at the top of the lobby escalators.
