With the ambition to integrate forward to become a developer,
owner, and contractor of its own residential projects,
First Balfour (a subsidiary of First Philippine Holdings Corp., part of López Holdings Corp.)
teared down a 40-year old, 6-storey building to give way for the construction
of its residential condominium project, dubbed as the Prima Residences.
The Prima Residences is a ?4-billion inner city
affordable residential condominium project centrally located
on a 5,700 square meter consolidated lot right across the
Santo Domingo Church along Quezon Avenue.
The first of three buildings, to be called the Brisé, will be a
12-storey, 341-unit building targeted to be completed by November 2012.With the target to break ground and start selling by the middle of 2011, the studio units are priced at about ?1.1
million, aiming to cater to start-up families, yuppies,
students, and overseas workers.
On the other hand, the construction of Phase 2 (Glissade)
will start next year for a 24-storey, 700-unit tower.
