I just inspected a foreclosed condo located in Eastwood City in Quezon City and I am featuring it here. This was my first time to view a foreclosed property in Eastwood, and I was a bit surprised because the condo was in pretty good shape. Security was very strict, yet the security guards were very friendly and accommodating. By the way, this foreclosed condo unit is in One Orchard Road, and I believe this was developed by Megaworld.
