CASA AMAR at Eastwood City, “Your Home Away from Home” is a 54 sq.m. serviced apartment located on the 18th floor of Olympic Heights Tower I in Eastwood City, Bagumbayan, Quezon City. 18G Tower I is a corner apartment offering a panoramic view of Marikina City, Ortigas Center and Libis, Quezon City. The view at night is especially breath-taking. It has one (1) bedroom with a bathroom, a living-dining-TV area, and separate spaces for the kitchen and laundry.
A mixture of contemporary and traditional Filipino furnishing and interior details add to the cozy atmosphere of the unit. Four people can easily fit into the apartment, with 2 single beds convertible to a queen bed, and a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people in the TV-area. Amenities include a comfortable living room set, a narra dining table for 6, writing desk, telephone, wi-fi, TV, DVD player, radio-CD-tape deck, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric range, coffee-tea maker, and a washer-dryer. The spacious kitchen cabinets contain plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and table linen. Both the bedroom and main areas are air-conditioned and hot water is available in the bathroom.
The building has provisions for emergency power supply, in case of brownouts. Security provisions include 24-hour security personnel, an intercom and closed-circuit TV linked to the lobby and entry areas. Clients are entitled to use the building’s gym and swimming pool.
For short-stay tenants, and for parties who wish to stay for a maximum of two (2) months, we provide towels, table and bed linen. A washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes line and iron are available for the tenant’s own use.
Maid service is available 1-2 times a week, as requested. More frequent servicing can be negotiated. Our staff is not required to provide cooking, baby-sitting or laundry services. Requests for these services may be addressed on a case-to-case basis.
We can provide airport pick-up and drop-off services for an additional fee.
