Reasons for selling it: We are going to move to Canada.

Each cotage had double bed with fan, table and chair. It has private bath and toilet. 
Right now the 4 cottages is full and most of our guests are foreigners because they like the place. It's quiet and very peacefull.
We are planning to make some more cottages because there are still places but we don't want to do that anymore since we are moving to Canada.
I have been selling it 2 years ago but not so much advertisement. I just put the add here in the internet.
The price includes the expenses for transfer to the new owner.
Many interested to buy it but they don't have cash. We want it cash because we are moving to Canada.
