House and Lot For Sale Ready For Occupancy- Eastview Homes 2 Antipolo ( Brand New )

Hi friends, we are selling rights of our newly acquired property. Its a brand new 2 Storey house and lot 77sq.m within Antipolo City proper.It has 2 bedrooms with living room, pocket garden, provision for lanai, kitchen extension and a car garage. We already installed imported tiles, Stair tile with nosing and comfort room wall improvements. We are working to have an old English theme. Fully finished and ready for occupancy anytime. Property value appreciate already from 1.7 now it is ranging from 1.9 up. Bare type pa yun and not yet build. You have to wait 4 months after completion of down payment before the turn over. Unlike ours, Transfer can be done anytime. We have to let go of our dream house because our bank loan was not approved. In house amortization were too stiff in our budget. If ever bank loan and pag-ibig can be applied.( My pag ibig account kasi is not active). We paid 20% Reservation fee, Downpayment, MRI with fire Insurance, bond for perimeter fencing, one time association dues, tiles and labor,authenticated copy of certificate to transfer, 1 month in house monthly payment of (Php 23,000) and if ever transfer fee to the buyers name will be included. We will transfer the rights to the possible owner together with original copy of all documents and receipt. By the way the property was just turn over to us last month January 2011 only. The house is certified brand new. We are just asking to bring back our expenses. Not to have any profit out if it. It is indeed a good home due to its cool climate certainly less pollution, warm environment and convenient location. As of now, No more slot available within the property area but the developer can offer other phase but definitely higher and not so good location. All of these we are just selling it at 520,000.

After which, the buyer will just continue the payment based on our acquired rate. Loan application, Pag ibig or in house will be up on client choice.
