Luiton residences is an 8-storey condotel building where majority of the units are studio-type and a few units in every floor from the 4th floor are dedicated to residences. The residences range from 1 to 3 bedrooms sizes. It is the first condo building in Tagbilaran City. It is owned and will be managed by experienced hotel and resorts operator.
