Recent real estate studies confirm Ayala Alabang in Muntinlupa City as one of the most highly-rated communities in Metro Manila.

He observes: "With the completion of the Skyway project and the rehabilitation of the South Luzon Expressway, it will become even easier to get to Makati from Ayala Alabang and its surrounding communities and property values are bound to appreciate even further."
