I have two adjacent lots at 150 sq m each near Korakai Baywalk Resort where you can find the Palacio de Fantasia. You can purchase one lot only or the two lots (300 sq m) if you are interested. All other lots in this property were already sold out. Construction of IGACOS circumferential road is on progress and hopefully, the transfer of the international airport and the construction suspension bridge connecting Davao and Samal Island will follow. Consider Mactan Island before the bridge and the development now. Samal with its world-known beaches would have a brighter future. Own a property in Samal now while the price is still low.
