Century has hired Italian fashion house Versace to design the public spaces for the project, which is called the Milano Residences.
Known better for its upscale clothing and accessories, Versace has also been involved in the design of luxury resorts, private residences, and interior design projects.
The Milano Residences will have a total of 340 units in various one to three-bedroom iterations with layouts called the Penthouses, the Townhouses, and Italian-inspired units called the Loggias. Construction is scheduled to be completed by 2015.
