- check in 1:30pm and checkout at 12:00 noon
- 2 week in advance and full payment will be requested to confirm the booking,bank account to be given upon confirmation of booking.
- Please book earlier during the holiday season to ensure the accommodation.

Strict observance of NOISE CONTROL is necessary. Keep the noise to a minimum especially in the evenings, beyond 9:00 PM, so as not to disturb the neighbors.
